Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is simple, transparent, and covers two scenarios:

1. 7-Day No-Reason Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your item(s) for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Process: Please contact support@pocketprovision.com to initiate the return.
  • Shipping Cost: You (the customer) will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

2. 90-Day Quality Guarantee (for Defective Products)

We stand by our products. If your item has a quality issue or manufacturing defect within 90 days of delivery, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Eligibility: The item must have a verifiable quality defect.
  • Process: To make a claim, please contact support@pocketprovision.com with the following:
    1. Your order number.
    2. A clear description of the issue.
    3. Clear photos and/or a video showing the defect. This is required for us to process your claim.
  • Shipping Cost: We (PocketProvision) will cover all associated shipping costs for defective product claims.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • OR the order has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped or is past the 24-hour window, it cannot be canceled. It must be processed as a 7-Day No-Reason Return.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (for 7-day returns) or approve your quality claim, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal) within 7 business days.
